Returns Policy
PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURES
We want you and your gift recipients to be happy with your purchases. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with an product you bought in the last 30 days from ivesjoel.com you may return it. Items must be returned in its ORIGINAL (with original packaging, unused, untested, original tags, and resalable) condition. Items must be returned to us the same way we sent them to you – in the same condition and with all original contents. If we receive returned items in a condition that doesn't meet our return requirements, we will decline the return. Should you submit a non-compliant return, you authorize us to charge you for the full amount of the non-compliant return using your original payment method and/or to reverse any refunds previously issued. Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving your items. Refunds will be issued after the returned product is received.
- Custom items are not eligible for returns.
For customers in U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.), the product will need to be packaged and shipped via a carrier that will provide insurance and tracking capabilities.
Follow these steps to submit a return:
- Select your return method: UPS Store dropoff (with or without a printed label) OR UPS Pick-Up.
- Hand the package off to UPS.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your returned product has been received and a refund has been processed.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for the credit to show on your account once the return is processed.
